Znoox offers free shipping across most locations in Canada. Delivery times vary depending on product and destination.

Rural & Remote Areas

Certain rural postal codes may incur additional shipping fees. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timeline
  • Processing: 2–5 business days
  • Delivery: 10–14 business days depending on region

Track Your Order

After placing your order, you will receive:

  • Order confirmation email
  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

✔ Unused
✔ In original condition
✔ In original packaging
✔ Not final sale items

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Personalized or custom furniture
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of packaging and product

  • Include your order number

We will repair, replace, or refund depending on the case.

All Znoox products are backed by a 3 to 10 Year Limited Warranty

What the Warranty Covers

  • Structural frame integrity

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material or workmanship issues under normal residential use
